FR A2, B1 proof fire aluminum composite panel is a new type of high-grade wall decoration and fire safety materials. It is a new type of metal-plastic composite made of " WELLYOU " color coated aluminum coil and halogen-free flame-retardant modified polyethylene PE core material and polymer adhesive film (hot melt adhesive) by high temperature composite. WELLYOU A2 level, B1 fire-proof aluminum-composite panels exterior, interior two products.
A2-class FR aluminum composite panel
The average burning temperature is ≤125 ℃, the smoke density grade (SDR) ≤15, the other indexes are up to GB8624-1997 A class standard of noncombustible grade, and the average flue gas temperature is not more than 15s, .
B1-class FR aluminum composite panel
The fire performance is tested according to the GB8624-2012 "Classification of Combustion Properties of Building Materials and Products", and the combustion performance level meets the requirements of B1 (B) level through the test of the National Fireproof Building Materials Quality Inspection Center.
